The City of San Jose became an Age Friendly City in 2017. This program emphasizes activities for all age groups, but mostly specializing on the elderly. The logo and identity were brought together to compliment the existing City of San Jose logo, but focussing more on the people of the city and pulling from the Parks & Rec color palette.
